[i]Suddenly you obtain a vision of the distant future.[/i]
[i]You see a blurred image of your child, about 23 years old but that's all you can make of your offspring clad in combat gear.[/i]

[i]You hear the voice of Eos.[/i] "A killer that wields a legendary sword, the blade known as Savior...how ironic".

[i] He starts to say something, then bites his tongue.[/i] "It was supposed to save me. All it's done is save the ones I love, and that's more than enough."

"Save the ones you love, but save those who cannot fend for themselves", she says. [i]An entrance can dimly be seen at the end of the cave, with the eternal flamed candle glowing brighter.[/i]

[i] He walks towards the entrance, picking up the candle.[/i]

[i]You exit and ahead of you. You see the Kunoichi holding your parents hostage and the Ronin holding Etana and JT.[/i] "Choose", the Ronin said placing his blades on their throats with the Kunoichi placing her kunai's and shuriken on your parents.

[i] Lance glances back and forth between them.[/i] "Fück, fùck, fùck." [i] He thinks, pondering what the hell he needs to do.[/i]

"Relax and extinguish your rage...save those who must be saved".

"They're already dead. I'm sorry mom and dad." [i] Lance looks at them, shedding a solitary tear, dripping down his cheek.[/i] "Kill them."

[i]The illusions dissipate of the ronin and the Kunoichi. The path forward is clear and you see the peak of the mountain. The candle burns brighter.[/i]

[i] Lance takes the candle to the peak, half tempted to throw the damn thing off the side.[/i]

[i]Eos and Kai, along with the rest of the clan, about 70 or so, stand watching you.[/i] "Step forward", Eos says. "There is great fire in you, but you must not let it get the best of you- for anger is a spark, but rage is a wildfire out of control....therefore useless".

[i] He steps forward.[/i] "I've heard that before."

[i]The flame is pushed into your forearm branding you.[/i] "When anger sparks, let the fire guide you, for you yourself control your own will and action".

[i] Lance doesn't flinch, as the fire brands itself into his arm. [/i]

"Congratulations, you're now one of us", Kai says with Eos and the whole clan bowing.

[i] Lance returns the bow.[/i] "So, um, now what?" [i] He smiles.[/i]

"Now, we celebrate", Kai says. "...where exactly do you live again"? He asked

"The Spire. It's my skyscraper on the Upper East Side, in New York. Where exactly are we?"

"Undisclosed location, truly nobody knows. Doesn't appear on the satelite, you could say we're a phantom island. Only way to get here- is to portal through".

[i] Lance nods.[/i] "Uh huh.... Gotcha."

"We're in the pacific for sure though...I used to surf those waves back when I was young", he said with a chuckle. "Good times..."
