A third murder has been committed. The Neo-Tokyo police chief has been found dead in an alley, a note on his body.

Nothing interesting seems to happen besides a detective checking the body.

She seems to be American, probably transferred.

[i]He gives a strange look and tells his buddy to cover for him and walks over to the detective.[/i]

You see some officers paying a moment of silence for their dead chief before getting back to work. The note has been marked as evidence while the body remains.

[b]she walks over and inspects the body[/b]

You see that the cause of death was a blow to the head. A led pipe is picked up by an officer and confiscated as evidence.

You see some shoeprints, but no fingerprints anywhere.

"Excuse me mam" [i]A police officer in a patrol officer with a heavy German accent taps her shoulder[/i]

"I'm not sure who you are and I'll have to see some Identification. Sorry if there is some problem."

[b]she shows you her badge and credentials showing that she's a detective from NYPD sent here to aid in the investigation[/b]
