A dead woman is found hanging off a streetlight, internal organs dangling out of an open hole in her chest. A note attached to the streetlight reads: "Welcome to Neo-Tokyo! Enjoy the lights, the food, the dead prostitutes, and more!" It seems Neo-Tokyo has its latest serial killer.

Looking up, you notice a thin figure wearing a business suit, a mask and black gloves on a fire escape, watching the crowd.

[i]He looks at the figure debating wether to interfere and picks up a pipe up from the ground and runs up towards the figure looking for a way up[/i]

The figure looks down and holds a finger to where its mouth would be, making a "shh" gesture before running up the fire escape.

[i]He finds a ladder to the fire escape and climbs up after him[/i]

The person moves fast, like crazy fast, speeding across the rooftops. (Free Runner)

[i]He picks up a nearby rock and throws it with incredible aim at the figure hoping to hit his head (Marksman)[/i]

The figure turns, blocking the rock with its arms. (Martial artist)

[i]He makes a tsk sound as he go's a longer route but keeps up with him[/i]

The masked person continues running, going across rooftops as it tries to outrun you.

[i]He picks up another rock ricocheting it across a wall to hit him (marksman[/i]

The masked person ducks, the rock soaring over their head as they continue running.

[i]He continues running soon he looses him however[/i]

The person stops in an alley, looking around to see if they lost you.

[i]He runs by the alley and then backs up upon seeing the figure and starts running down the alley[/i]

The figure turns and grabs your wrist, flipping you over. (Martial artist)

[i]He lands on his back with a thud as he does he looks for something to grab[/i]
-
You unfortunately grab the figure's leg, and they kick you in response.

[i]He grunts as he grabs the lead pipe he dropped from earlier and hit's his kneecap with it[/i]
-
You hear a gasp of pain as the figure's leg slumps, hitting your face.
-
[i]He has his nose break as he throws the pipe at the figure's head[/i]
-
The figure falls back, the pipe going over their head. (Free Runner) They get back up, limping as they try to get away.

[i]He get's up as he pops his nose back into place slightly screaming then chases after the figure[/i]
-
The figure stops, turning as they punch your face, sending your nose back to its previously broken state. (Martial artist)
-
[i]He flies back while he kicks his chin while falling back[/i]
