The Taken King wasn't a lie or a failure. It delivered on all its promises. It had new exotics (time gated or not) and a story [b]with cutscenes[/b] the only thing is that people grind through everything and then expect to be given new content 2-months after.

If the addition of cutscenes are enough to get a playerbase excited then this game has a problem. [spoiler]still waiting on that "more gear than all of Year One" promise.[/spoiler]

They said TTK. That means all the gear at launch is more than all Year One gear, which is completely false. They're holding gear back so they don't lose more players and it's backfiring. [spoiler]Also, Year Two has only just begun, and already it has a reputation for being five times worse than Year One could ever be, which is a massive achievement.[/spoiler]
