These are very small fish that nobody even wanted. Bungie merely added this fluff because they won't add what players really want, like transmog and trading and viable year one gear. Your examples are low hanging fruit that bungie should have included on the original game

The portion of the community that actually wants trading is a minority. There are plenty of players against trading because we understand how it would destroy the game. Real world money for items always becomes a thing when trading exists.
