So Destiny 2 will be a slightly improved version of TTK. Then Destiny 2 expansion will follow the same structure and after that Bungie will be too afraid of change to make much different about Destiny 3. And then the contact for Destiny ends in 2020 and given the bad taste it left in so many peoples mouths, there will not be a new Destiny 4 . 2020+ will be something new by Bungie.
