Which is a better legendary hand cannon? Appellant III or Finala's Peril?
I can't decide between the 2 hand cannons. Both are vendor bought. I've had the Appellant III for a while now but with the Iron Banner out I'm thinking I want to switch and use the Appellant III to infuse the Finala's Peril.

These are very different archetype weapons. appellant - high rof & low impact finala's peril - mid rof & mid to high impact So, this really comes down to play style. However, for me and i assume most hand cannon users. This choice will favor finala's peril. We want to kill in few well placed shots. This helps with our strained mag sizes typical for the HC class. So, higher impact = less shots fired per kill = net higher mag size. If you follow my reasoning. In fact to me the Finala's peril archetype is definitely the best type of Hand cannon. Its basically an Imago Loop/Fatebringer with better aim assist. I got two during this last Iron Banner. Can't wait to infuse them asap. Ultimately, I say try appellant if you like it keep it. Although I suspect that you will be much happier with Finala's Peril with almost any roll. However, if you like Hand Cannon's keep both. There is enough trash at 295 light to use for infusion.
