If you learn how to use, you can snipe people are very close distance, sometimes without needing to zoom down your scope. 3) No, but what does that prove? People just bitch. Like they bitch about everything that challenges them, especially here on the forums. 4) no, but do shotgun easily and reliably get kills at long distance? Sniper can kill at both ranges.
