Write/etch your name on everything or you'll lose it faster than you can blink! When it's time to toe the line, go hard in everything asked of you. Don't be a middle of the pack guy unless you're trying out for spec ops later on. Try to lead your platoon so you can be noticed first for other opportunities that'll come up. I joined in winter and that cold chill going thru you all day only builds character. Best of luck.
