Depends on the sniper. In 95% of scenarios if vote that shotguns take less skill, but after suffering the likes of Her Benevolence with hidden hand, there are certainly outliers.

I'm fine with LiTC. Final round was obviously a dirty tactic, but sometimes gunfights are arbitrated by lucky hits.

When you're down to your last bullet when you spawn it's the same as final round though
