There should be an item that you could use (etheric light for example) that you can use to turn a blue into a legendary. The reason for this is one there are some amazing blues that look and feel much greater than some current legendary items. It would truly give much more verity to how people look instead of the usual everyone in raid and exotics If you agree bump the hell out of this lets make this a thing I want to see it and I believe so do the community
