Just got New Vegas. Any Tips?
Just got New Vegas (first Fallout game) and am in the hotel in Primm but keep leaving encounters with low ammo and health items because enemies seem to take a lot of bullets.
Probably just need to get used to it but does anyone have any beginners tips?
Edit: Played again today and reached Novak. The game finally clicked for Birdman. Thanks for the tips! Feel free to share more if you have them though.

1 RispondiGo to the Mojave express place in primm and repair the robot. Next go to Novak at night and do the quest for the nighttime sniper Boone. Then you instantly have the best follower combo in the game. Longer radar from Ed-e (the robot) and when you ads enemy's are highlighted from Boone.
