I've done some research as to what "eye of the storm" perk does. This research was done at work so it has been quite thorough mind you. Haha All I can gather is either: 1.) Decreases deviation in bullet spread from where you're aiming. 2.) Increases Aim assist/precision zone. I'm inclined to believe it's the latter of the two. I do not have any numbers to quantify the boost. Does anyone have data/knowledge and can enlighten me? I'd greatly appreciate it, it's beginning to bug me. Lol
