It still is about who has the steadier aim. Only difference is now u actually feel like a spartan thanks to sprinting

I've put at least 20 hours into multiplayer, and can honestly say I disagree. If the game was about steadier aim, then SMG would be meaningless against a weapon with precision like the DMR or BR. The radar used to be large enough that you could catch someone on radar and have plenty of time to BR them in the head if you had perfect aim. Now, all I have to do is pull out an SMG and get within radar range and I've already won the fight. It's more focused on who shoots first, not who has the better aim
