Lol funny you mention mh3u it's because if that game that souls games got easy for me. (Though I find 4u much harder now, though also more fun) As for 3u the hardest monster I ver encountered was alatreon he was the only one I never got use to fighting. While my favorite was easily lucent nargacuga. Yeah that's right. That nargacuga Variant that poisons you every few seconds if you can't dodge the spikes. He is in fact my favorite to fight. I tended to run switch axe or HH when I fought it. I'd usually put hearing protect onto my team then fight nargacuga, only backing off when I need to reapply hearing protection.
