The Fabian Strategy is bugged. Its exotic perk, Front Lines, does not work as described. When close to enemies it does grant a boost to stability and reload speed, though the boosts are not much. Not what I would expect from an exotic perk. The third part of the Front Lines perk, the increased rate of fire, is not present at all. Even when firing within melee range of enemies, it takes the same amount of time to empty a magazine as it does while standing alone in the middle of nowhere. Its not that there is too little of a difference to notice in normal play, or that the boost isn't what an exotic should give, but there is no increase at all.
