Only [b]one[/b] Bungie reply to the top trending post, and one moderator reply on the third or fourth page...
Really? Activision directs people here for customer service, but the biggest issues are ignored. Should many of us post in #Help instead? #Help please put in matchmaking? #Help please don't nerf enemy spawns? #Help please fix nightfall rewards? #Help please listen?

They let us all come in here thinking we'll have our voices heard - then they just close the door and walk away. If Activision or Bungie gave a single sweet damn about either this game or their customers in general - then Destiny would not be in the shape it currently is. I mean Christ on crutches ... Refer-a-Friend?! "Yeah ... we can't easily sell this game to people any more (they're getting wise to our BS) - so how about all of you folks (the ones we still have hooked on the RNG line, at least) do it for us? We promise you nondescript [i]rewards[/i] in return *snicker*."
