EDIT: Shit, didn't realize it was Guardians vs. Reapers rather than Guardians vs. N7. On the ground, both the N7 Alliance and the Guardians are extremely effective. I'd say that the N7 Alliance probably kills faster, however. Like I said, their powers can be used far quicker than that of a Guardian's. They can also chain their tech/biotic powers for explosions, use warp rounds, cyro rounds, incendiary rounds, etc. In an outer-space scenario, the Alliance wins hands-down. I don't think Guardian ships are even equipped with guns. Best they've got is the Awoken fleet, which I highly doubt can take on the entire Alliance.
