I've never understood combat rating. I have a 2.0 K/D with a 2 million medal score. I'm a top 1% player in almost every category and at my peak my Warlock was ranked 7000 in the world. Yet my combat rating across my characters is like 129. What gives?

I have been wondering the same thing myself. My stats are very simular to yours, way above average, so to say. Yet my cb rating is always stuck between 118-120. I play a very aggressive sniping playstyle.

Mine is the complete opposite. My kd isnt that good.. 1.2 but my combat rating is through the roof, its 188, im top 1%.

You could be too passive, perhaps.

I tend to strictly stick with gun kills if that makes a difference. Half the time I don't even use my super during games because I honestly don't care to. My setup that I've been using for a while is NLB, Havoc Pigeon and The Ash Factory.

It makes a difference. The way I see it Combat rating is something like score per minute in COD, when you don't use your super you lose out on potential points which buff your score, perhaps leading to the low Combat rating
