Completely agree with you. I bought the DLC as well and thought it was alright at first, and here I am now haven't played Destiny in over a week (maybe two). No motivation to play this game anymore. By the time all the taken king exotics are released there will be another "DLC" released for guardians to buy.
Ignore the children that use their parent's money to get what they want.

With hindsight this game had become more of a job/chore than a game. I really would have enjoyed it more if they just released the content and we could play it, earn gear, etc. The grind is one thing, completely random and unfair RNG, and business practices that grab at your wallet and waste your time are another. Microtransactions, timegating, and progression systems are what killed this game to me.
