My biggest tip is to play conservatively, stay near teammates, and don't rush enemies, stay back and let them come to you. I'm not the best player by any means, but if you learn the maps, watch your radar, and limit 1 vs 2 or more confrontations when possible you'll do alright Edit: I don't pay trials or rumble, so these are mainly team based tips they have helped me
