Really? Activision directs people here for customer service, but the biggest issues are ignored. Should many of us post in #Help instead? #Help please put in matchmaking? #Help please don't nerf enemy spawns? #Help please fix nightfall rewards? #Help please listen?

They let us all come in here thinking we'll have our voices heard - then they just close the door and walk away. If Activision or Bungie gave a single sweet damn about either this game or their customers in general - then Destiny would not be in the shape it currently is. I mean Christ on crutches ... Refer-a-Friend?! "Yeah ... we can't easily sell this game to people any more (they're getting wise to our BS) - so how about all of you folks (the ones we still have hooked on the RNG line, at least) do it for us? We promise you nondescript [i]rewards[/i] in return *snicker*."

3 RisposteI just read the update (11/12/15) and it seemed like they had a lot of good to say. Especially the iron banner changes. I don't feel like they addressed the real issues (loot system, matchmaking/lfg) but I do think they tried to throw sugar at a few. Like shaxx selling legendary swords. Sounds great at first but how will that effect how you get your exotic sword? Or the legendary ones for new players.

Do you remember what they did after them being gone for almost 3 months? The first reponce from them was nerfing everything and making everything obsolete. So whats next?
