The people saying Fallout 4 is bad, are the people that never played a Fallout game before. It's better In every way from Fallout 3. So tell me again how it's bad. For those saying graphics... you must be playing the new Xbox POS because it runs smooth for me. Edit#1 Even if it's not the best graphics, the reason you can't see the fleas jumping from your dog to your player is because the game is a open world 30gig game, name a game this size that's not ran from a billion dollar server and you can play offline that has better graphics/more realistic than Fallout 4.
