Individual skill is best shown in rumble k/d.
Teamskills are hard to determin because if you get bad teammates then there is nothing you can do about it and the other team might even completely run over you destroying your k/d because of it.

And what about people who do not pay rumble? Such as myself. I played rumble when it was the daily, once and I didn't like it, I prefer team based modes
