Unless you feel it is unethical then there is nothing at all wrong with this. If there is a market for this then good players can't be blamed at all.

Yea, and it's not cheating. You're basically paying to guarantee you find someone highly skilled to get the job done on your fireteam. Not my cup of tea to shell out money, but I can only account for how I spend my money. To each their own.
