It would be awesome to rock a 310 vision of confluence or fang but then bungie would be adding elemental primaries back onto the game. How can they bring this gear back without breaking the game from their perspective? I like the challenge the new strikes and raid has without these weapon types as it stands. Just need a diversity of new content to keep things interesting. Given bungies new direction with modifiers I doubt they would reengineer the old gear into y2. Which means ce and vog will stay in y1 because the only compelling reason to do those raids last year was for the gear. And it would be the ghally all over again. Also they moved a bunch of development resources off those areas for future expansions.
