Yes, they have aim assist. But no bullet redirecting.

Aim assist and bullet redirection are completely different. Aim assist is the part that adjusts your aim, slows it down around enemies and pulls it towards them. Bullet redirection is the one that makes the bullets fly at the enemies even though your reticule is off the target.
