I selected the No Mercy option since I've gotten one before, but I've also gotten a Sum of All Tears medal with my hunter that I'm proud of (although I was using Last Word pre-TTK with a sniper, so maybe not quite as impressive :P). I also got a Clutch medal the other day, but I don't know if that qualifies as rare.
