Would you say it's ok to have sex with a drunk person?
Different people think different things? Some people say it's rape, some people say it's just irresponsibilty, one of the mistakes you make while drunk.

Drugging someone against their will or without their knowledge is most definitely -blam!- but just propositioning someone who is drunk of their own volition is not. if you drink you make a choice to inhibit your self and your judgement by getting drunk therefore any decision you make in that state of mind is your own fault as you choose to put yourself in that situation. whether or not you regret what you choose to do the next day is irrelevant. thanks to the rising tide of PC culture in the future your gonna have to get a contract written up to have sex.
