Take shower. Put Jammies on. (Yes, they are still a thing for me at 22. ) Exit to kitchen. Look in cupboard. See cookies. They temp. I resist. I go to bed. Dream of cookies. Wake up at 2:43 am. I eat them All. I wake up covered in crumbs.

Play Halo 5. Put the dogs to bed. Clean teeth+ insert retainers. Sleep.

Watch YouTube, play video games, watch tv (none of that necessarily in that order), eat a snack, turn off ps4, lock doors/turn off all lights and tv, get ready to go to bed, brush teeth, take contacts out, get dog in room and in his bed, do nightly workout, sleep.
