Right now titan is the only class with an exotic that isn't even an exotic. It's exotic perk obviously doesn't fully activate and well, for that simple reason it is pointless to choose it over anything else. I can notice increased handling and stability but only when i'm balls deep in enemies and in pvp you have to get into shotgun range. As for the RoF increase, well, it doesn't happen. This seriously needs to get fixed.
