Hi all, I have been using my Xbox 360 turtle beach headset for the whole time I have had my Xbox one. They are the XP500 ones. I hadn't purchased the Xbox one headset adaptor so had been using the headset for game sounds and Kinect for chat. However this weekend I finally brought the adaptor, and it doesn't work :-( the game sounds still come through but I can no longer hear party chat or talk myself. I am using a standard 3.5-3.5 audio cable with a 2.5 adaptor to connect to my headset. Could this be the issue? Do I need a specific audio cable? Or is it just time to get a new gen headset? Thanks
