Xbox one headset help
Hi all,
I have been using my Xbox 360 turtle beach headset for the whole time I have had my Xbox one. They are the XP500 ones. I hadn't purchased the Xbox one headset adaptor so had been using the headset for game sounds and Kinect for chat. However this weekend I finally brought the adaptor, and it doesn't work :-( the game sounds still come through but I can no longer hear party chat or talk myself. I am using a standard 3.5-3.5 audio cable with a 2.5 adaptor to connect to my headset. Could this be the issue? Do I need a specific audio cable? Or is it just time to get a new gen headset?

All adapters I've used were complete garbage and/or overpriced (Microsoft). Not yet sure what kind of headset I would get, but I'm looking for one with the 3.5mm wire, surround sound, and wired.

1 Rispondithat happened to me make sure to turn up the volume on the adapter hold it till you hear a beep and keep pressing till you can hear them and to double check yourself watch the party chat to see when they are talking.
