I'm normally quiet but I can't sit by and just watch people -blam!- up consistently. We were doing hard oryx and on of our guys made us wipe 12 times, purely because of him. 5 times because he died on his plate, 3 times because he's a shitty relic runner, and 4 times because he can't kill ogres. At that point you just shouldn't be raiding.
