I see no point in having a chance of no rewards its just an artificially created and unnecessary annoyance. Just like people like to say, Destiny keeps evolving so its not like you people will up and leave entirely the moment you get to max level, you like others will just keep playing the game with friends. Its just natural for people to want to be ready to jump on the next content when its ready and improving the loot odds a bit to guarantee a reward won't change that.
