Hire hardcore PVP community manager
At the moment we have DeeJ who can see things from the casual perspective. We have Cosmo who can see the more hardcore perspective but I think it would really help the Bungie team to have a hardcore pvper. Someone who really understands the current unbalance of classes and weapons in pvp (Normal Crucible and Trials). Over the past year we have seen a lot of weapon nerfs. We also see that when these nerfs happen our weapons go to the vault and never return.

8 RisposteIt'd be nice to have some people that aren't like the whiny players that plague the crucible. Honestly, they just need to buff autos slightly and the pvp is pretty balanced I think.
