Forgive me not that advanced in religion nor their estimated numbers. I safely assumed that around 1 billion Muslims are on this planet right now. Although I could be wrong, it's just that a lot of Muslims have always been pictured as insane religious maniacs that are convinced they must kill the "infidels".
