Bungie, could you please clarify that the blue skull mask is or isn't silver exclusive?
I've seen multiple answers saying yes you can and no you can't so could you please clarify if the blue skull mask only available from the legendary packs tess sells or can it drop from a rare (blue) package?

2 RisposteThe Blue Skull Mask is not Silver exclusive because everyone that logs in and gets one free legendary mask package has a chance to get a skull. After that if you didn't get the skull you must pay for more legendary mask packages to HAVE A CHANCE at getting one
