Same for me.
Titan - 295 helm
Warlock - 297 helm
Both characters above 310 and have completed normal mode every week and although I only got both to sisters on hm the 1st week, have beaten Oryx now and yet am still to get a helm above 300...
I'd be happy with even a normal mode helm at this point
