This is why it's good to make a clan and keep the ignorant folks out or find an active clan with nice people or at the very least make friends until you've got enough of them that are usually on to run things with. Sadly, there's no shortage of people that aren't fun to play with and with pug groups/lfg, you just never know what you're going to get but you just sorta have to deal with it if you go that route or leave the group and try again.
