I'd be happy if they removed moldering shards from boss drops, i must have somewhere in the realm of 50 moldering shards because that is about all I seem to get in my typical kings fall runs. It is beyond annoying to get 2 of something you need 20 of to get any use out of. In my opinion Moldering shards should be limited to chests, and to compensate for the added scarcity of them make purchasing them from eris cheaper.

Did you know when you beat oryx with 20 of them, 2 shards is on the loot table for the guaranteed drop? That was nice of them to do that

I found that out this weekend. 3 hard mode completions and 0 normal mode completions. Out of 3 runs 2 runs gave me a normal raid piece of gear, and 2 moldering shards, and the other gave me a normal mode 310 gloves, and a hard mode 311 gloves. GG bungie!

I've been phoning it in since the iron banner shenanigans lol So many things with this dlc really took the motivation out of me to grind the raid or do anything really lol Ran the raid to oryx like 18x already and I got a 305 ghost a 300 arms and a 305 rl and nothing but shards and wormspore, i cant even get the quest items to drop Idk even how many drop chances that is Like 40? The fact that I've gotten a less than 10% drop rate is totally dejecting and makes me not want to play lol I can't even finish the damn raid because most everyone i play with is stuck below 300, highest i can get is 299 lol

yep everytime I use 20 shards I get 2 back. it's ridiculous
