First of all I'm sick of people who think they have to have all 310s to conquer the ends of Kings Fall. I mean really... If you struggle at it already then maybe you just don't belong in Raids. Try something else. It doesn't take a whole lot to stay alive, it takes being smart about every decision you make. It's pretty lame when I hear about people asking for help in the forums and then when you get there you get a boot. This raid is actually quite simple. Another point brought to my attention recently is the whole "No Knight Method." (This is not easier to do) in fact as I've watch most guardians try and fail, and fail again. It's pretty simple to kill your Light Eater and turn around to shoot the knight across from you. Why waste time trying to stay alive till the relic gets in the mid just to die before you get there... It's easy enough already. I have personally beat oryx with a fire team consisting of 309s. All it takes is coordination, and the ability to stay alive. And not to mention that we didn't have a Titan either. There are just to many people who expect more from other because in reality they truly suck at this game. People have stupid expectations anymore. So here's a thought... Get a fire team going and try. And try again. Give it a few more tries and change things around. Switch locations with other guardians if he struggles. And if he continues to screw up then that's when you should politely tell them that you will have to replace him/ her. Don't BE A DICK!
