I believe after what we did to Oryx, Quira will become the first friendly vex. After all, Sword Logic dictates survival of the fittest and Quira now follows the Sword Logic. Now we wait for a future vex dlc for a chance to test my theory.

Sword Logic and Vex Logic together would dictate that his survival rests on an alliance with us. However, rereading the grimoire where he's handed to Savathûn showed that Oryx left "just enough will to surprise Savathûn" so who knows.
