You're comparing games completely different to prove your point. That doesn't work. Besides, nerfs in PvP effecting PvE is not really big. Hand cannons like Imago Loop and the New Monarchy Shotguns shows how powerful those weapons still are. Scout rifles? Not sure where you got that from. Scout rifles are perfectly fine in PvE and PvP. The most balanced weapons in the game, actually. Auto rifles have been budge beyond belief in PvE, because of how bad they were nerfed when thorn was buffed. Finally, vex Mythoclast was still a good weapon, but the attack value remains low because of Year 2 weapons needing some love instead of everyone's favorite year 1 weapons. Not to mention Bungie plans on scrapping primary elementals, anyway.
