I have got no time to explain, but haven't even used it yet, been trying to unlock all perks on my new Not Like the Others, crowd control, explosive rounds, outlaw: not the greatest roll, but definitely not the worst and the best roll I personally have had on a scout in Y2 so far. :)

Not Like The Others is great with awesome perks. I used it for a bit. Then I got this pulse rifle. Now it's my baby.
