I know they can have max stability, I have 2 different SR4's. I just can't see how it's better, though. It's a scout rifle, usually having danger close would be negated by shooting people at range, not close quarters. And isn't danger close the perk that requires 2 or more enemies near by? Lastly, rescue mag might reload it when you're at low health, but I would imagine 9 times out of 10, you are going to be at low health and get picked off by another person, regardless if your mag is full. Both perks seam very situational as it is because triple tap won't do any good in PvP, so I would go for Zen Moment as a more effective perk outside of PvE. Just an opinion though.
