I lost my husky/golden retriever mix a few years ago. She was the best hunting dog I've ever had. She was only 4 years old, but I loved that gorgeous dog as much as any family member. One of the most difficult things I've ever done was carrying her broken body across the highway where she was hit by a car. Here's to you guardian, and all of us that have lost a pet that held a special place in our hearts.
