I think it's a good idea. Keep up the good work Bungie.
You won't get them too fast and you don't have to pray to RNGesus for that damn drop to finally happen.

Timegating isn't the sole solution to prevent people from getting them too fast. I think it's really something special when there's an entire subreddit dedicated to finding out how to unlock or access the quest to get a new, coveted exotic weapon. What isn't special is when all that effort amounted to nothing because the only thing standing in the way of point A and point B was a timegate.

Modificato da Cankle J: 10/23/2015 2:31:34 AMI completely agree. /Searchforthesleeper was amazing, Bungie even even said they weren't expecting that. Hopefully they learn and do something to unite the community like that again. But, I think the timegating and vender quests are good enough for now.
