Timegating is a bit lazy if that is what they were intending. I dont have an issue if it unlocks due to leveling or total kills or something related to specific activities. Sleeper Simulant had the right idea at the start, but failed to be as interesting as it could have been. Set some kids off on what appears to be an easter egg hunt except no easter eggs can be had. That might piss a few people off, I think.
