I personally dislike it. Takes some of the fun out of the quest. Oh you just completed the first part of the quest? Wait a week for no reason. Or sorry, "ordering materials"

Not the point. If you understood quests at all, you'd know the point is to EARN the exotic. How is waiting around earning? Did you have to wait during ANY of the exotic bounties? No.

How the hell is waiting for arms day or reset day or the heroic daily not EARNING the exotic?! If it's apart of the quest line, in the end you still guaranteed to EARN the gun!
